Multi Loan Ledger Card

This feature allows the user to get loan ledger cards for all loans that are associated with one client or the range of clients.

To get to this screen you go to menu Loans/Portfolio Reports/Multi Loan Ledger Card. You will be able to view the following screen.

Print range of Clients: When this box is checked it means you are going to select a certain range of Client Numbers for which you want to generate a report about.

Send the loan ledger card to clients by email: Once this option is ticked then LPF will also send the loan ledger card to the clients. However you should have registered the clients email addresses under Clients/Individual Clients/Address for individuals and Clients/Group Clients/Group Address for groups.

Note that for LPF to be able to deliver emails to their clients you should have configured email settings under System Configuration/Email settings.

From client no field key in the Client number e.g "KA/I/000001" or click the "Choose" button to select the client number from whom the Multi loan ledger cards will start to display and in the To client no field key in the Client number to select the client number when the Multi loan ledger cards should end "e.g "KA/I/000004". The Choose button will lead the user to the screen below to select the client :

All Loans: Choose this option when you want to generate a report for all loans taken by a client that you had selected. (This is possible incase a client took more than one loan)

Only for loans disbursed from: When this option is selected the date field become active and you can now use the date picker to select a date range for the multi loan ledger cards you want printed.

Click on the "Save" button to display the loan ledger cards. The system will display all the loan ledger cards for the various loans of the selected clients in succession as the user presses esc after printing

Note that unlike the Reprint Repayment Schedule, which displays the repayment schedule Ledger card with no transactions on it, the Multi loan ledger card indicates the transactions so far made by loan ledger card.
